Perfectly positioned within a tranquil valley in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Just a short walk (one kilometre) from the South West Coastpath and the lovely unspoilt village of Beesands with a great pub serving excellent food.
Wildlife areas with fenced ponds, under 10's play area in the orchard and table tennis in a barn to keep older children amused.
Wonderful local clean beaches, bird spotting, walking, sea angling, sailing and diving. Interesting nearby towns of Dartmouth, Totnes, Salcombe and Kingsbridge.
Day trips to Dartmoor National Park, the Eden Project and National Trust houses and gardens.

The Part Farmhouse is a self-contained part of the owner's charming Georgian listed farmhouse which provides very comfortable, spacious and homely accommodation for up to six guests for the months of July and August only.

Downstairs
Entrance porch into the hall leading to...
Sitting-room with open fireplace, television and DVD player.
New large Amdega conservatory with dining table, chairs and upholstered bamboo furniture.
Kitchen with electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Guest's have the use of a utility room with washing-machine on request.
Upstairs
King sized double bedroom.
Double bedroom.
Twin bedroom with full sized single sleigh beds.
Bathroom with bath, shower cubical, WC, bidet and washbasin.
Outside: Pretty walled garden with BBQ and garden furniture.
Additional information: Only available for the months of July and August (the other cottages are available all year round and for short breaks out of season). Bed linen and towels are not supplied but can be hired (price on application) or alternatively bring your own. Sorry not suitable for children under four year olds. Unfortunately no smoking and no pets in The Part Farmhouse (pets and children welcome in other cottages).
