Formerly a threshing barn, The Keeping Place has an immense amount of character and offers the following facilities:

• Modern contemporary kitchen with solid oak doors, granite worktops, four oven Aga, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge with freezer compartment.

• Sitting room with oak beams, wood burner and rich soft furnishing including two sofas and three armchairs.

• Galleried dining hall with large oak dining table, chairs, CD player and huge French windows overlooking the walled garden. Wonderful features including oak beams, stone walls and flagstone floor make this lovely room the central heart of the home.
• Master bedroom with six foot bed and en-suite shower room with luxury walk-in shower, basin and WC.
• Bedroom two on the ground floor with double bed, additional single French daybed and en-suite bathroom with bath/hand held shower attachment, bidet, basin and WC.
• Bedroom three with double bed.
• Bedroom four with twin beds. Bedroom three and four share a bathroom with hand-held shower attachment, basin and WC.

Outside: There is a south-facing walled garden with water feature, patio with furniture and large contemporary Scandinavian barbecue, along with parking.

Additional information: All beds are made up ready for arrival with pure cotton bed linen, feather duvets and pillows. Broadband is available (laptop not supplied). The ground floor bedroom can be accessed directly from the garden and the main front door is wide enough to allow wheelchair access. Short breaks may be available - please enquire.
