Offering two holiday cottages that both sleep up to four guests and a new log cabin which accommodates two, this is the perfect place for a family holiday or a relaxing beak for couples. Alternatively, if all three holiday homes are rented together, larger parties of up to ten can be accommodated with a good degree of personal space and privacy.

Just four miles from the World Heritage Jurrassic Coastline, Barritshayes Farm Cottages are in a tranquil position, set in eight acres of the Coly Valley, with wonderful views over rolling countryside. This area is a haven for wildlife and ideal for those who enjoy walking, horse riding and cycling or for those who want to visit the beaches at Seaton, Lyme Regis, Beer and Branscombe - all just a short drive away.

The historic town of Colyton is just two miles away with its picturesque narrow streets, thatched cottages and town square. It offers a good range of local shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants. The ancient market town of Honiton is just a little further and four miles away, offering a wide selection of shops, railway station and access to the A30 and M5. With its twice weekly street markets, regular farmers markets and abundance of antique shops and interesting little shops selling lace and pottery, Honiton is a pleasure to visit.

The Granary and The Dairy are both four star VisitBritain rated and are two charming self catering holiday cottages which offer the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. They have small private gardens with barbeques for lazy summer days and are centrally heated for cosy winter breaks.

Guests also have the use of the heated outdoor swimming pool which is open from the beginning of May to the end of October and there is a well equipped games room, hard tennis court, croquet, and lawns for outside games.

The beaches at Seaton, Lyme Regis, Beer and Branscombe are all just a short drive away as are a many attractions and places of interest that this delightful area has to offer. There are also beautiful walks from the doorstep.
