An exceptional, brand new end of terrace holiday home at ‘Out of the Blue’ which is positioned in an enviable position right on the waters edge overlooking the beach at Croyde. The holiday home sleeps 6-8 guests and is ideal for family holidays or friends who want to holiday together in a breathtaking beach location.
There are three bedrooms, a family bathroom, an en-suite wet- room to the master bedroom and gas central heating making the holiday home ideal all year around.
This very special holiday home is situated at the far end on the seaward side of ‘Out of the Blue’, so benefits from direct views of both the bay near the National Trust headland of Baggy Point and the ocean. A slipway at the side of the car parking area reaches the beach.
The picturesque village of Croyde is ideally situated on the North Devon coast and is world famous for its surfing and water sports. The beautiful sandy beach at Croyde Bay is ideal for all generations and there are many activities in the locality to enjoy including riding, golf, walking and cycling.
The picturesque village features thatched cottages and offers many amenites including restaurants and pubs. There are other nearby beaches including Saunton Sands, Woolacombe and Braunton Burrows. The larger towns of Ilfracombe and Barnstaple also offer a variety of things to do including shopping, Chambercombe Manor, Ilfracombe Aquarium and the Tarka Trail.

Accommodation comprises:
Open plan kitchen/living room which is a superb vaulted room at first floor level overlooking the sea and the beach, with French doors opening out onto a decked balcony with panoramic views. The balcony is furnished for al fresco dining and provides the perfect place for enjoying a glass of wine after a relaxing day on the beach. The living area is tastefully furnished in a contemporary style with a nautical theme and has white New England style modern furniture and oak strip flooring.
The dining area has a glass and white trestle table with six white dining chairs with paintings and lifebuoy as a backdrop. The seating area has two blue striped settees with two additional small sofa beds. There is a TV with DVD together with a Radio/CD player.
The beautifully fitted oak and white kitchen has a peninsular unit, oak work surfaces, oven, microwave, hob and extractor, integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer and white ceramic sink with drainer.
Sleeping accommodation is on the ground floor. The master bedroom overlooks the beach and has French windows onto a small patio area and the garden. It is furnished with a double Queen sized bed, wardrobe and chests of drawers in drift wood style and has an ensuite-wet room with a heated towel rail.
The second bedroom has French windows that look over the main terrace and the bay. It is furnished with a double bed, a painted pine chest of drawers and wardrobe and oak floors.
The third bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and a wardrobe in rattan style. French doors lead onto a small patio area. Additional sleeping facilities are available in the lounge should they be required.
There is a cupboard downstairs in the hall for storage of clothes.

Additional information: Unfortunately we are unable to accept smokers at this property. Gas central heating and linen are included within the price. There is allocated parking for two cars in the car park. We welcome a pet, for an additional £25 a week.
