Daisy's Cottage is an outstanding barn conversion which provides self catering holiday accommodation in a beautiful rural location just a short distance from the sea. The cottage is situated in the popular picturesque South Hams area of Devon, between Dartmouth and Salcombe, and just outside the village of Stokenham. Stokenham is close to Kingsbridge and is listed as an area of outstanding natural beauty with a wealth of excellent pubs and fine restaurants to enjoy.
Old Cotmore Farm is home to Daisy's Cottage and also two other holiday cottages. Its history dates back to the 16th century and it stands in it's own grounds of some twenty two acres which includes the owners barn and a small touring caravan park. The popular beaches at Torcross, Slapton Sands and Beesands are connected by a costal path which is only one mile from the farm and cottages.
This area is a true haven for walking and bird watching. Outside the main season the cottages are available to rent for short breaks and romantic weekends and all three cottages have a private garden and are children and dog friendly. With log fires in the winter and BBQ's in the summer, this is the perfect holiday retreat all year round.
The cottages are an ideal base for family holidays with many activities and attractions available including: sailing, fishing, golf, wind surfing and boating.
All three cottages are fully equipped and have recently been refurbished and decorated to a high standard of comfort and style.

Daisy’s Cottage has been created from an annex forming part of the owner's barn conversion. The accommodation is all at ground floor level and has the benefit of a very large secluded garden, providing the ideal place to relax after an exciting day exploring the area.
The accommodation comprises:
A very attractive living room with a dining kitchen at one end and a sitting area at the other with feature inglenook and electric fire. The seating area has television (with Sky Freeview), stereo and a sofa bed.
Kitchen fitted with electric hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
Generous double bedroom which can accommodate an additional single bed if required.
Both the living room and bedroom open on to a conservatory which leads to a shower room with WC.
Additional information: Pets are welcome. There is Wi-fi internet access in the cottage. Short breaks may be available out of season - please enquire with the owner. Baby sitting is available. 25% discount is offered off green fees at Bigbury Golf Club. Electricity, heating and a welcome basket of logs included within the price. Towels not supplied so please bring your own. Bedlinen can be provided for an additional charge.
