This period semi-detached holiday cottage overlooks the beautiful Axe Valley and is just one mile from the popular holiday resort of Seaton, part of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast.
It is located in the village of Colyford which is a popular holiday area situated between East Devon and West Dorset. The area is a quiet, peaceful location where you can get-away-from-it-all and relax amongst beautiful rolling countryside and lovely beaches.
There are plenty of nearby attractions for those who enjoy walking, sailing, fishing, golfing and horse riding. Alternatively why not simply relax on one of the beautiful beaches where you can search for fossils or explore the rock pools. There is a bird sanctuary just five minute's walk away and children will enjoy Crealy adventure park, Pecorama at Beer and the Seaton tram.
The house is surrounded by pretty countryside and Colyford village offers a Post Office, stores, butchers and two pubs, as well as a restaurant. An open-top tram runs through Colyford and can be seen from the house.
The seaside towns of Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are an easy ten minute drive and there are plenty of local restaurants which specialise in fish dishes.
For those who want to venture a little further afield, Exeter and Taunton are forty minutes away.
Bryher is situated in a beautiful area where you can enjoy the local pleasures of walking the South West Coastal Path, fossil hunting at Lyme Regis, stopping for a fresh crab sandwich on Beer beach or a cream tea or scouring the antique shops in Honiton for a bargain.

Large 25ft lounge with two settees and a large open fireplace - ideal for relaxing in front of after an exciting day exploring the area. This room also benefits from French windows opening out onto the lawned garden giving superb views down the Axe Valley.
Breakfast room with large dining table. This room shares the same views to the sea and the kitchen, with Rayburn, is well-appointed.
Enclosed conservatory which is useful for storage.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, the master bedroom having a double bed and valley view and a twin bedroom.
Modern bathroom which features a bath with hand shower.
