The holiday cottages have been converted from the old milking parlours and are positioned around the farm courtyard. They afford sweeping views of the surrounding countryside and provide comfortable self catering holiday accommodation for groups of four to six guests. If all three cottages are rented together, they can accommodate parties of up to fourteen guests and as they are all adjacent to each other they are particularly suitable for larger groups or several families who want to holiday together with the added privacy of separate accommodation.

All cottages are Four Star rated by VisitBritain and are fully equipped and furnished to a high standard. Each cottage has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, flatscreen television, DVD player and full oil central heating. Please note that The Shippen is the only cottage with a log burner and it also has a DVD player. Battens and The Linney have video players. Visitors also have the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer in an adjoining scullery, along with a games room equipped with table tennis, snooker and table football. There is ample parking in the courtyard and a large shared garden area for guest's enjoyment.

The Shippen sleeps up to four guests and comprises: Spacious and sunny living room with woodburning stove and open plan kitchen/dining area with French doors opening out onto the courtyard. From the living room a hallway leads to two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and the bathroom which has a shower over the bath. As the cottage is all on ground floor level with no steps it is wheelchair friendly and suitable for people with limited mobility.

Battens sleeps up to six with accommodation on two floors comprising: Open plan kitchen and living room with French doors opening out onto a south facing patio and the garden. There is also a twin bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite WC and washbasin. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a large bathroom with shower over the bath.

The Linney sleeps up to four guests and is similar to Battens but does not have the ground floor bedroom.

Additional information: A small welcome pack is provided upon arrival and the owners are happy to obtain any other provisions on your behalf by prior arrangement. You are welcome to bring a well-behaved dog, by prior agreement. Smoking is not permitted in the cottages. All bed linen and towels are provided and cots and highchairs are available on request. A babysitting service is available.

Prices: The prices are 'from' prices and based on the smaller cottages that sleep four guests and do not include electricity or central heating costs. Short breaks available outside peak season.
