Ty Cam (The Crooked House) is a delightful 18th century Granary with lots of original character, that forms part of a farm dating back to circa 1550.

Situated in the beautiful Clwyd Valley, near to the village of Bodfari, Ty Cam provides the perfect place for a relaxing holiday amongst wonderful countryside and offers access to Offa's Dyke with endless opportunities for walkers, horse riders and cyclists.

Ty Cam is centrally located for touring Snowdonia, North Wales, the historical Roman City of Chester, several castles, Betws-y-Coed, the National Trust Bodnant Gardens and Erddig, and Prestatyn, along with other coastal resorts.

Accommodation and facilities comprise: Upstairs Lounge with oak beamed ceiling and unspoilt views across the Clwyd Valley. There is a television, Freeview box, CD player and DVD player. Bedroom with en-suite bathroom containing extra single bed with further transportable single stored underneath. Downstairs Traditional farmhouse kitchen with inglenook fireplace, oak refectory dining table to seat six guests, and an extra drop-leaf table. Access through a stable door leads to... Large patio area and fenced garden. Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob/electric cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, toaster, and all utensils. Two downstairs bedrooms. Bathroom with power shower, toilet and washbasin/vanity unit. Entrance hall. Additional information: Central heating and electricity are included in the weekly rate. All bedding and towels are provided. Large farmyard with parking for four to six cars. Wireless internet connection available for guests use. All three bedrooms contain zip and link beds that can be made up as a double or two singles providing flexible accommodation for couples or singles. Pets by arrangement.
