This delightful retreat is perfect for couples and is ideally situated half way between the North and South Devon Coasts and just five miles from the border with Cornwall offering world renowned gardens such as the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan within one hour's drive.
For the more active guests, there are plenty of sporting activities to enjoy including off road cycle paths, golf, pony trekking, gliding and the hills and valleys of Dartmoor to explore on foot.
Three miles to the north lies the pretty village of Lydford, with its Norman castle keep, the Lydford Gorge (where you can explore the deepest parts of the gorge along parapet paths and suspended walkways) and the Saxon Castle Inn, which serves bar meals and offers restaurant dining.
