Faithful provides a unique holiday experience and is a converted fishing boat that accommodates up to eight guests. Originating from Scotland, Faithful is brimming with character and style and is used to welcome groups on board for holidays (you cant get much closer to the water!), fishing trips, diving holidays, days out at sea, along with cruising for which she is fully equipped and able. Faithful is offered here as a static house boat for holiday periods only, of three days (min) to two weeks. She provides light and airy, practical accommodation and even if you are six foot tall, you will have no difficulty standing both above and below decks. With eight guests aboard you can all be comfortable in the large saloon gallery and still be able to find space of your own for some quiet time.

Located in the heart of Plymouths historic Sutton Harbour Marina, Faithful provides immediately access to many amenities and a wide variety of entertainment to suit all tastes in your party.

The surrounding area has much to offer. The Coxside fish market is a vibrant, successful market with the busiest and best auctions on the south coast. There is plenty of activity around the market quayside where small fishing boats and trawlers come to offload their catches. The Barbican still shows some evidence of the original architecture of the old fishing port and today is home to the National Maritime Aquarium, the largest in the United Kingdom and deepest in Europe. The Plymouth Gin Distillery can be found at The Barbican and is open to the public. The studio gallery of the eccentric, late painter Robert Lenkievicz is also on the Barbican where he lived and worked for many years finding much of his inspiration and income from the local community.

The Barbican offers a variety of shops and businesses which include the Barbican Theatre, numerous atmospheric bars, restaurants and alfresco cafes, all just a short stroll from Faithful. They surround the Barbican or can be found tucked away up the small cobbled back streets, catering for all culinary tastes from the Shirley Valentine Tavern serving superb homemade Greek and Turkish Cuisine to the Barbican fish bar. There are a variety of galleries celebrating local painters and artists such as Robert Lenkievicz and Beryl Cook. The Barbican also boasts underground culture from Stone Soup Story Tellers to live music.

There are plenty of festivals and events at all times of the year and The Sutton harbour Tourist information provides details of monthly activities such as: firework displays; food festivals, boat racing, regattas and folk festivals to name just a few. If this is not enough, just a few minutes stroll away you have the Theatre Royal, the largest and best attended regional production theatre in the UK and The Pavillions which is an entertainment and sport complex with indoor swimming pool, an indoor ice rink, several restaurants and an event arena.
