New Pallyards is a small farm of sixty five acres that is located in an idyllic countryside position within the North East of Cumbria. It is conveniently located within easy reach of the City of Carlisle and a short drive from the Scottish Borders and the Lake District. There are plenty of things to see and do in this area and whilst New Pallyards sits in a beautiful rural position, it is less than a 20 minute drive from junction 44 of the M6 motorway.

There are five holiday cottages of a high standard to choose from, accommodating two to five guests individually.

There is a large area of woodland beside the farm which has a number of individual walks which are very popular with regular returning visitors. The following local activities are also available nearby:

• Swimming pool
• Golf courses
• Horse riding (usually available on the farm)
• Fishing
  

If you would like a break from cooking while away on holiday, fantastic home cooked meals are available by arrangement for guests and there is also a residential license to serve alcholic beverage on the premises at New Pallyards.
