Formerly the stable, granary and pig sty, the cottage is situated on a farm which is mainly grassland, with various cattle, Jacob sheep and plenty of wildlife. For those who enjoy walking, there are lovely walks on the farm and also many lovely local footpaths. Cyclists too will not be dissapointed as there is a flat cycleway which takes you traffic free into Stratford-Upon-Avon just two miles from the cottage (bikes can be stored safey when not in use).

Accommodation comprises:

• Comfortable lounge with flatscreen LCD television with built in Freeview and DVD, electric fire and a cosy three piece suite.
• Downstairs games room with puzzles, toys, games, books and a full size table tennis table to keep the children amused while you’re relaxing.
• Modern well equipped kitchen/diner with electric hob and oven, full size fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. The dining table seats four comfortably and from the window you can enjoy a view of the farmyard.
• Two first floor bedrooms. The double being spacious with plenty of storage space, a cot and lovely views. The smaller second bedroom having full size bunk beds, hanging space for clothes, and drawer space.
• Bathroom including bath with shower over, handbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Additional information: The self catering holiday cottage comfortably sleeps four guests + a cot. Guest's have the shared use of a new 8 metre x 4 metre x 1.3 meter deep indoor swimming pool. Please bring your own swimming towels. Night storage heaters are positioned throughout, keeping you cosy in the colder months (an additional charge of £20 per week will be applied during winter months to cover heating). All other fuel included within the price. Towels are provided. There is ample car parking and a small fenced garden with BBQ and garden furniture where you can relax in the evening sun. There are also some excellent pubs in nearby villages, many offering good food, or you can relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings of the cottage itself. Unfortunately pets can not be accepted.
