With a lovely ornate wood burner, four bedrooms, open plan lounge/diner with seating for ten, kitchen and annex with its own bathroom, it is the ideal place for friends or families to get together or celebrate a special occasion.
The cottage affords the luxury of its own private hot tub, along with home from home modern conveniences including wi-fi and flat screen televisions in every room.
Located in the delightful market town of Highworth, there are plenty of restaurants and pubs on the doorstep, along with tea rooms and a local butchers. Steeped in history, Highworth makes an ideal retreat for a short break or longer holiday and its convenient location to the south of the Cotswolds, provides plenty of attractions within easy reach.
Wrag Barn golf course is within walking distance; Roves Farm, a family run animal farm is nearby and Lechlade-on-Thames is just four miles away. A little further afield, but within easy reach, you also have Stratford upon Avon (Shakespeare country), Burford, Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the water, Cirencester, the City of Bath, Longleat Safari, Avebury and Stonehenge to name just a few.

Well equipped kitchen with built in oven and microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freeze, hob and Gusto coffee machine.
Open plan living/dining room with table and chairs to seat ten guests, along with Wii console and forty two inch flat screen satellite projection television.
Bedroom with a really comfortable pull down double bed that can be put away during the day if need be. There are patio doors leading out into the garden and a very large shower room.
Upstairs
One double bedroom.
One family room with bunk beds, single bed and additional pull out bed underneath.
One twin bedroom. There are televisions in all bedrooms.
Family bathroom with a separate shower, bath, toilet and sink.
Outside: There is a covered hot tub for guests enjoyment, patio furniture, barbecue and trampoline.
Additional information: Hand towels are left for guests use, however, towels are not provided to keep the cost to a minimum unless by prior arrangement. Dogs are by special arrangement. All bed linen is included. The cottage may be suitable for people with limited mobility because of the access, extra wide doors and ground floor bedroom and wetroom - please discuss your personal requirements with the owner before booking to ensure the cottage meets your needs and is suitable both inside and out. Central heating throughout. Cot available by arrangement. Guests have the shared use of a swimming pool in the nearby hotel.
