Compton House offers the West Wing which accommodates up to four guests within a beautiful Grade II listed building. Positioned in the tranquil village of Long Compton, Compton House is conveniently located half way between Oxford and Stratford-on-Avon, on the edge of the Cotswolds.
This beautiful village is enhanced by its warm Cotswold stone walls, pretty thatched cottages and ancient church. It is within the boundary of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and surrounded by rolling hills, providing plenty of great walks with wonderful views. In the village there is a village shop and a pub serving restaurant style food - all within walking distance of Compton House.
Within ten minutes drive you will find the historic Cotswold towns of Chipping Norton, Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-on-the-Wold. A little further on (within forty minutes drive) are Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Oxford and Cheltenham all offering excellent restaurants, shopping and attractions to visit.
Compton House is an exceptionally beautiful Georgian house that is surrounded by an acre of walled garden with entry through electric gates. With its large rooms, it has the feel of a grand country house with the benefits of modern living. The West Wing occupies more than 2000 square feet of the house and can spaciously accommodate up to four guests in comfort and style.

- White Room with romantic six foot Four-Poster bed and shuttered windows with views onto the garden.
- Large family bathroom with bath, shower / steam cubicle, WC, bidet and wash basin.
Outside: Fully enclosed front and back garden. A large lawn where cricket, croquet or other garden games can be played at the back and to the front, there is a more formal Italian style garden with gravel paths bordered with box hedging. There is a BBQ and outside table with seating for eight in a private area for the guests of The West Wing.
