Cloisters is located in the heart of the village, only 100 yards from the main street and River Windrush. Beautifully furnished, with period features including a wealth of beams, stone mullion leaded windows and exposed stone and timbers.
Located in the very heart of the Cotswolds, Bourton-on-the-Water is a perfect base from which to explore the area and its many attractions. With the M5, M4 and M40 in close proximity, it is easily accessible from every part of the country. Bourton-on-the-Water was recently voted one of the prettiest villages in England, on the strength of its wonderful stone Cotswold houses and cottages, village green and picturesque little bridges that cross the River Windrush, allowing people to explore the village.
Steeped in history that pre-dates Roman times, the architecture in the village is unique to the area, where you can see fine examples of stone mullion windows, stone tile roves and honey coloured limestone walls.
There is also a good choice of attractions to enjoy in Bourton-on-the-Water including: Birdland Park and Gardens; Cotswold Motoring Museum and Toy Collection; The Model Villag; Cotswold Perfumery; Fundays Play Barn; The Dragonfly Maze; Bourton Model Railway; Cotswold Farm Park and Cotswold Pottery. The local area also offers numerous attractions including: The villages of Broadway, Chipping Campden and The Slaughters; the historic market town of Stow-on-the-Wold; Stratford-upon-Avon and Burford.

This beautiful cottage boasts a wealth of character and benefits from generously proportioned rooms. The large kitchen/breakfast room has a range of oak fitted units and an extensive range of appliances - including washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob. There is also an oak table with seating for four.
The conservatory features a large oak refectory dining table with seating for six and is surrounded by exposed stone and timber and overlooks the south-facing garden. There is a cloak room with wash hand basin and WC on the ground floor.
The lounge has a delightful stone fireplace with timber lintel, a Cotswold stone canopy and leather sofas surrounded by oak furniture. There is also a television and DVD, along with a music system.
The first floor consists of one double bedroom and one twin. The double bedroom has a dual aspect and contains a range of traditional oak furniture. The twin bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and a vanity unit with basin. Both first floor bedrooms have ensuite shower room with WC.
The second floor contains another twin bedroom, which features a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and stone mullion windows. There is also a family bathroom which compromises modern sanitary ware set around beams and stone.
Outside there is a small south facing garden which contains Cotswold stone walls and mature flower beds. There is also a detached garage, and off street parking for one car.
Pets are welcome for an additional £25 per week.
