Carlton Cottage is a delightful traditional Cotswold cottage that is located in the tranquil and historic Upper High Street of the vibrant picturesque village of Broadway. The cottage offers beautiful views across open countryside to the rear and beyond to include the famous Broadway Tower.

For those who enjoy walking ‘The Cotswolds Way’ can be joined just a few yards from the cottage providing excellent walking opportunities.

Carlton Cottage is an ideal family retreat which is within easy walking distance of the villages great selection of independent shops, designer boutiques, bistros, restaurants, friendly local pubs and historic churches. It is also the perfect base from which to explore the many surrounding Cotswold villages including: Stow-On-The-Wold, Moreton-In-the-Marsh, Chipping Campden and Bourton-on-the-Water For those who want to venture a little further afield, Cheltenham and Stratford-Upon-Avon are to within easy reach.

Much of the charm and the original features of Carlton Cottage have been retained whilst providing comfortable and cosy holiday accommodation that is ideal at any time of the year. There is a fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, three bath/shower rooms (so no fighting over the bathroom in the morning!) and new furnishings and decoration throughout.

Broadway is located within Worcestershire and often referred to as ‘The Jewel of the Cotswolds’. The High Street displays fine examples of 16th Century Cotswold architecture. One of the town's oldest and most well known buildings is The Lygon Arms said to be the most famous inn in England boasting an excellent restaurant and a history of famous visitors such as Charles I and Oliver Cromwell.

Whilst popular, Broadway has remained unspoilt and uncommercial with its small specialist shops, galleries, antique shops, great choice of restaurants, tea shops and bistros. Broadway Tower is the highest point in The Cotswolds where you can overlook the twelve counties from the observation room.
