Pike House is a comfortably furnished modern holiday cottage built in the Cotswold style with views of Somerford Lagoon and Mill Lake. The lounge has an inglenook fireplace with an attractive wood-burning stove for cool evenings, and outside decks off the dining room for warm summer days - making it perfect at any time of the year.

Two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, and there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom.

This is the perfect home for a relaxing and safe family holiday. A holiday at Pike House provides a variety of activities right outside your front door. Situated next to the Thames Path on Lower Mill Estate in the Cotswold Water Park, the location is ideal for visitors who enjoy walking, sailing, fishing, bird watching and wildlife. Other water sports and golf are nearby.

The estate comprises 450 acres of lagoons and footpaths available to residents and guests. There is an outdoor swimming pool (with sauna facility), heated from Easter to October and during the Christmas and New Year Holidays, as well as tennis courts and a children’s play area.

The historic Baker’s Arms pub in the adjacent village of Somerford Keynes is within walking distance - a pleasant lunchtime or evening stroll. Pike House is just five miles from the historic market town of Cirencester, the second largest town in Roman England, which offers an excellent Roman Museum, Parish Church and historic houses built by wealthy wool merchants.

Old world pubs, historic Cotswold villages and the Roman Villa at Chedworth are a short drive away. Other towns and places of interest are Oxford, Bath, Salisbury, Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, Stonehenge and Aviebury, all approximately one hour away.
