Shell Seekers sleeps up to six guests and is a spacious seaside retreat that is ideally located just one hundred metres from the glorious Blue Flag sandy beach at Widemouth Bay in North Cornwall.
A perfect location for those who enjoy building sand castles, surfing (boards can be hired during the summer months locally), combing rock pools, swimming (the beach is patrolled by a life guard during the peak summer months) or simply relaxing with the sand between your toes, Shell Seekers is a popular choice for a seaside holiday for families.
Just four miles from the popular resort of Bude, guests have excellent amenities within easy reach, along with pubs, cafes and restaurants within walking distance of Shell Seekers. Enjoy a leisurely lunch at the beach cafe or a nice meal enjoying the view over the sea at Bay View Inn. There is also a small shop for stocking up on provisions and a fish and chip shop. Why not leave the car at home - there's plenty to keep you occupied without the need of a car and the property is accessible via public transport!
Offering plenty of space for all, Shell Seekers has three bedrooms, a large lounge with log burner that cheers up chilly nights, spacious dining room with seating for six and a well equipped kitchen for preparing everything from a light snack, through to a special seafood supper. There is also a lovely garden that is enclosed that offers sea views so you can enjoy a 'sundowner' at the end of a tiring day on the beach, whilst still enjoying the seascape.
For those who like to keep active, there are beautiful walks along the coastline. Walk the circular route to Bude taking in the nature reserve at Phillip's Point, the canal and countryside along the way, or explore more of the South West Coastal Path. Spend your days surfing some of the South West's finest beaches, go horse riding or enjoy a game of golf. Alternatively, jump in the car and visit beautiful Boscastle, magical Tintagel (steeped in myth and legend), Crackington Haven and Port Isaac (better known as Portwenn to 'Doc Martin' fans).
Whether you are looking to simply relax by the sea or want to explore the many attractions of North Cornwall, Shell Seekers provides an exceptionally comfy retreat at any time of the year.

Outside: Guests have a small garden where you can relax during the warmer months and enjoy the sea views! There is a raised decking with views of the sea and cliffs, plus parking on the driveway for three vehicles.
Additional information: The property is kept warm and cosy by the log burner and night storage heaters. Prices include heating, bed linen and electricity - please bring your own towels for both inside the house and beach. Pets may be accepted at an additional charge - please enquire with the owner. Unfortunately, all male or female parties cannot be accepted. Children welcome and a great location with the beach on the doorstep! Internet access available. Travel cot provided.
