This wonderful holiday home provides light, open-plan living accommodation, with a wonderful feeling of space which continues outside to the large enclosed garden. With contemporary decor and beautiful finishes, The Malthouse provides stylish and comfortable holiday accommodation for friends and families.

Accommodation comprises:

Ground floor

• Entrance Hall.
• Fully equipped kitchen which is part of the large open-plan kitchen/dining area and provides a fun place to cook and enjoy supper with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
• Dining area with oak table seating eight guests (plus highchair) and living area with log burning stove - the perfect place to relax after a breath-taking walk along one of the coastal paths or a round of golf.
• Downstairs double bedroom just off the kitchen.
• Ground floor WC.

First floor

• Wonderfully spacious king-size bedroom with sofa, plenty of cupboard space and en-suite shower room.
• Twin bedroom with solid oak twin beds and wardrobe with a set of draws.
• Family bathroom - The bath has a shower attachment and there is a WC and basin.
• Children's bedroom with bunk beds and additional single bed. This bedroom is recommended for children due to limited ceiling height above the bunk.

Outside: There is an enclosed garden and patio on one level with garden furniture and barbeque, along with private parking for two to three cars.

Additional information: Central heating throughout. Linen and towels provided. One well behaved dog welcome. Strictly no smoking in the property.
