Budds Barns offers three holiday cottages that can accommodate parties of two to four guests or up to ten if hired together. The farmhouse and its barns are constructed of typical stone and cob under slate roofs and are centred around the traditional yard, in this delightful tranquil location of North cornwall.
No longer a working farm, the redundant farm buildings have been sympathetically restored by local craftsmen and converted for use as holiday accommodation. At Budds Barns you are not only well located to easily access the delightful seaside town of Bude but you are also in an ideal location to relax amongst peace and tranquility.
The village of Titson is just under two miles south of Marhamchurch and offers an excellent pub which serves good meals. Three miles away is Widemouth Bay with its beautiful sandy beach providing the perfect place to relax, surf, swim or explore the rock pools.
Budds Barns are ideally located for exploring some the finest attractions that both North Cornwall and Devon have to offer. Bude is only five miles away and offers a swimming pool, golf course, leisure centre, the historic Bude Canal, a selection of shops and places to eat and its own excellent beaches which are popular for surfing.
For those wanting to travel a little further afield, Padstow, Boscastle, Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks are within easy reach and the South West Coastal Path, the Tarka and Camel Trails and the National Cycle Route are all accessible.

The ‘barns’ at Budds are converted farm buildings and are ideal for couples wanting to get away and relax or family holidays. Two cottages sleep up to four guests and one sleeps two.
As well as the yard, each cottage has use of a lawned area with garden furniture for guests to enjoy. There is also a communal utility room (known as Wren) which is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, books, maps and leaflets.
The Carthouse is a one bedroomed holiday cottage with a spacious feel due to its open plan living accommodation on one floor. It may also be suitable for people with limited mobility but please check with the owner, prior to booking, that the cottage meets your personal needs both inside and out.
Accommodation comprises:
Sitting room with wonderful views over the rolling countryside and log burner.
Entrance door which leads into the main room that combines sitting room and dining area, all comfortably furnished.
Fitted kitchen, along the front of the barn which faces into the old yard. The equipment includes an electric cooker, fridge-freezer and microwave.
Leading from the sitting room is the separate double bedroom with an en-suite of a basin, WC and electric shower.
Fully enclosed garden.
Additional information: Included in the price is bed linen, towels, electricity and heating. All Major credit cards accepted. Children of all ages welcome.
