The Bears House is a large, modern, spacious, holiday home offering everything a family should need for a wonderful seaside holiday (including beautiful beaches on the doorstep!). It is available during the summer months for holiday letting and can accommodate up to seven guests.
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of Bude's golf course, it is within easy walking distance to the beautiful sandy beaches of Summerleaze and Crooklets. There are also half a dozen other lovely beaches within a few minutes drive (or thirty minute stroll).
The local golf course is just two hundred yards away and the sun balcony offers views over the course.
Bude is at the heart of North Cornwalls surfing industry and in addition boasts numerous Outdoor Adventure centres and outdoor activities. Climbing, abseiling, coasteering, kayaking, to name just a few are all on offer, along with plenty of lovely coastal walks to enjoy.
In addition, the historical canal/harbour area of the town has recently been regenerated to provide stunning tranquil walks with interesting information both on the old martatime history of the port and the unique nature reserve of Bude Wetlands.
Within twenty minutes drive are the picturesque villages of Clovely to the north, and Tintagel and Boscastle to the south, all making great days out.

There is plenty of room for up to seven guests and accommodation comprises:
Kitchen with Gas oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave.
Spacious lounge/diner with wooden flooring, two sofas, large flat screen digital television (with Sky) and DVD player.
Large conservatory room attached to the lounge/diner offering a relaxing warm room in the garden.
Two double bedrooms (one can be a triple).
One single bedroom.
One twin bedroom.
Upstairs bathroom with shower and bath.
Downstairs walk in shower with WC.
Additional information: At the rear of the property there is a large secluded lawned garden. Off the main bedroom there is a large sun balcony with patio furniture giving views to the golf course.
