Tamarisk Cottage, is an 18th century cottage which sleeps three guests and is situated in the upper village of Boscastle and opposite the Napoleon Inn. For larger parties, the adjoining cottage (Admiral Cottage, sleeping four to five people) may also be hired, providing ideal accommodation for two families or groups.

Boscastle is an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions and places of interest in the area and North Devon offers some of the finest surfing beaches at Trebarwith Strand, Polzeath and Widemouth Bay. Boscastle iteself has a number of shops for basic essentials, and offers several eating/drinking establishments such as the 17th century Napoleon Inn, the stylish Botreaux Restaurant in the upper village, the Cobweb and the Wellington in the harbour area.

For those who enjoying walking, the cottage is only a short walk to the coastal path with its great sea and wonderful views, or you can walk inland across wonderul countryside, alongside meandering streams. The pretty harbour is just a short stroll away from the cottage.
