This converted stone self catering holiday barn is located in The Tamar Valley in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Stable Barn is situated a short distance from the A390 in the small village of Drakewalls, South-East Cornwall, which lies between the towns of Tavistock in Devon and Callington in Cornwall. It makes an ideal base for exploring all the attractions and places of interest that both Devon and Cornwall have to offer and is also ideal for those who enjoy walking.
Being located centrally allows easy access to both the South coast of Cornwall with its lovely quaint fishing villages and spectacular coastal walks and the North Coast with its rugged expanse of sandy beaches.
The Barn is just a ten minute walk from both a popular restaurant and also a pub and there is a convenience store, garage and railway station just five minutes away. It is within easy distance of Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, making it an ideal retreat for those who enjoy walking. Places of interest and local activities include:

Accommodation can sleep eight guests in four ensuite bedrooms and comprises:
First floor:
Master bedroom with king size bed, space for cot if required and en-suite with bath.
Bedroom two with double bed and en-suite with shower.
Bedroom three with two single beds and en-suite with shower.
Ground floor:
Bedroom four with double bed and en-suite with shower.
Kitchen with range gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, clothes iron, table and four chairs.
Sitting room with three leather sofas, dining table, television with freeview and DVD player.
Additional information: The barn is fitted with Gas central heating. Price includes gas, electric, water, bed linen, towels, dishwasher tablets etc. There is a small garden with barbecue and furniture and off street parking. Use of shed for bicycle storage if required.
