Nanjeath Farm is a 17th Century traditional 'Listed' Farmstead which is located in the heart of Cornwall in a peaceful and secluded location, yet within easy reach of all the attractions that Cornwall has to offer.
Ideally suited to couples and only available to children over the age of ten, the farm offers five delightful holiday cottages which are set amongst mature trees and eight acres of beautifully unspoiled meadows. Guests also benefit from the use of the owners grass tennis court as well as the croquet lawn at no extra charge.
The barns have been sympathetically converted by local craftsmen and now offer spacious holiday accommodation that is tastefully furnished to offer the utmost comfort during your stay.
Gardening enthusiasts will find the famous Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project within a seven mile drive, along with the numerous other gardens that are all within very easy reach.
Also within a short distance is the historic harbour of Charlestown where you can often see the fascinating old square sail ships or enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the pubs and restaurants. The Cathedral City of Truro is twelve miles away and provides a perfect place for a days shopping, while both the North Coast with its miles of sandy beaches and rugged coastline and the gentler South Coast, with its many harbours, are both within easy reach. For those who want to venture a little further afield, Land's End to the West and Dartmoor to the East can be reached within ninety minutes.
Nanjeath Farm is within two miles of the nearest pub and shop and only a five minute walk from the nearest bus route.

At Nanjeath Farm you have the choice of five delightful four star cottages, sleeping from two to four persons. Each cottage is quite individual and all cottages have retained their original features with open beams, slate and wooden floors (with rugs), comfortable sofas, old pine dressers and butler sinks, all adding to the charm.
In addition to full central heating, there are quality electric woodburners which provide the perfect ambience of a log fire should the evenings turn a little chilly. Every care has been made to make guests feel at home and fresh flowers and a Cornish Cream tea await your arrival.
The Cottages
The Cider Barnsleeps 2/3 guests and offers the following facilities:
Bedroom with luxury superking (6' wide) bed which can become twin beds if required.
Separate fitted kitchen with butler sink.
Bathroom with bath, separate powerful shower and heated towel rail for those welcoming warm soft towels.
Lounge/dining area which has double doors leading out to a paved area with table and chairs.
A staircase leads from the lounge to a galleried loft area with a single bed - Limited headroom and steep stairs make this loft area unsuitable for those with mobility problems.
The Oxen House sleeps 4 guests. Facing south, this is the largest barn and is a very spacious two storey cottage offering the following facilities:
Lounge from which double doors lead out to a private garden with table and chairs overlooking the meadow.
Kitchen/dining room with antique pine dresser, butler sink, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.
Ground floor shower room
Upstairs has a king size bedroom, a superking or optional twin bedroom and a bathroom.
The Granary sleeps 2 guests with first floor living accommodation as follows:
Open plan lounge with kitchen and dining areas.
Double doors lead out onto a private sunny balcony with table and chairs overlooking a lawned garden area. Wooden steps also lead from here down to your private car parking.
Downstairs has a bedroom with luxury superking size bed, which can become twin beds if required and an en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower.
The Stable sleeps 2 guests and offers the following facilities:
Downstairs bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate powerful shower and luxury heated towel rail.
Upstairs has an open plan lounge, with kitchen and dining area with views across the old apple orchard and farmyard. From here a stable door leads out to a private balcony with table and chairs overlooking the orchard. Also from here, steps lead down to your private car parking space.
The Piggery sleeps 2 guests and is a superb single storey cottage offering:
Bedroom with a luxury superking (6' wide) bed which can become twins if required.
Bathroom with bath, separate powerful shower and of course a heated towel rail.
Kitchen/dining area leading through into...
lounge area with comfy sofa from which to enjoy the views. The Piggery overlooks its own private garden and tree lined meadow beyond.
Additional information: The washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer are located in a separate shared laundry room. Prices are inclusive of heating, electricity and hot water. Children under ten years of age can not be accepted and unfortunately no pets.
