Lucy's, is a delightful four star detached holiday cottage that is located in an enviable sunny, south-facing position within yards of the harbour and village centre of Polperro. It is a perfect retreat for couples wanting to visit this wonderful part of South Cornwall and provides a high standard of comfort and cleanliness.
The cottage is bright and airy, and well equipped with everything you should need for a memorable relaxing holiday. It has the benefit of a sun-trap patio with sea and village views and is surrounded by farm and National Trust Land.
The quaint, historic fishing village of Polperro is renowned for its spectacular coastal walks, quaint cottages and traffic free streets. With local fisherman providing both pleasure and fishing trips, a choice of restaurants and traditional pubs with real fires and real ale and several safe beaches nearby there is something here for everyone.
For those who want to explore the area, The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, National Maritime Museum, Camel Trail, Tate St Ives and several National Trust properties are all within reach.
Lucy’s is available all year round and is the perfect base to explore Cornwall or simply sit back and soak up the wonderful atmosphere of Polperro. It is an ideal choice for a special holiday and is maintained to a high standard by the owners.

Lucy's is approached by a few steps, and is a well furnished and maintained holiday cottage providing:
Entrance hall leading to lounge with television, DVD player, two seater sofa and armchair.
Fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, washer/drier, microwave etc.
On the same level there is a bedroom with double bed, feather duvet and waxed pine furniture.
Bathroom which is fully tiled with basin, WC, bath with shower over, heated towel rail and shaver socket.
Steps lead to the sun-trap patio with views of the sea and surrounding area. BBQ provided in summer months.
Additional information: Parking in an undercover, designated space 700 metres from the cottage. No pets and no smoking. Not suitable for wheelchair users or young children.
