Kellys Gardens has been recently refurbished throughout to provide a high standard of holiday accommodation that still retains much original character. It has been beautifully decorated in soft seaside tones which are complimented by the exposed granite walls, timber floor boards and luxurious soft furnishings, providing a welcoming, fresh, yet cosy feel.
Accommodation comprises:
A stable door from the pretty courtyard leads into the living area with its original floorboards and open fireplace. There are two wingback chairs and a comfortable sofa, along with a wall mounted LCD television with Freeview and DVD player.
Bespoke fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances including dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge with freezer compartment. There is also an electric oven, separate hob with extractor and a microwave - many guests that stay say they never actually cook with such a great choice of places to eat in St Ives!
A cleverly designed dining table with ample seating, separates the kitchen from the living area.
Upstairs are two bright and airy bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and the other with bunk beds that are ideal for children and adults.
Modern stone tiled shower room with corner shower and heated towel rail.
Additional information: There is fitted storage throughout the cottage and a lobby area where you can hang beach bags, sunhats, coats and wellies, depending on the time of year. The owner's offer a range of options to help you make the most of your holiday including a personal chef who is available to prepare anything from a special picnic to a welcome meal upon arrival. Guests can pre-order groceries which will be checked and safely put away. A massage therapist can provide holistic treatments within the privacy of the cottage. Linen and Towels are provided and parking is also available. Baby equipment available upon request. Short breaks available out of season. Pets - enquire between October and March.
Outside: On summer evenings, you can enjoy a glass of something chilled out in the courtyard. Kellys Gardens is located on a small no through road and has level access on foot to the beaches with no big hills to climb after a day on the sands or after an evening out.
