Situated just three miles (two miles walk) from the harbour Town of Padstow with its famous restaurants, Little Petherick Creek, Cornwall is the ideal holiday location.
A newly constructed holiday cottage overlooking this tidal creek and fields, offering a picturesque and tranquil setting. The historic Saints Way passes by the cottage and joins up with the Camel Trail providing a wonderful walk or bike ride to Padstow.
This wonderful area of North Cornwall offers unrivalled holiday opportunities. The Town of Padstow with its colourful harbour surrounded by pastel-washed medieval houses is an attraction in itself and has become well known as a foodies paradise with a very good selection of places to eat.
For the more active and adventurous the area offers a range of activities including walking and cycling, the world famous Camel Trail, South West Coastal Footpaths, water sports including fishing, surfing and sailing and unrivalled Golf on the seaside links of St Enodoc, Trevose and the nearby Merlin Golf Club.

Large downstairs bathroom with shower.
Open plan sitting room with French doors on to decked terrace.
Seating for six which includes a 4’6” sofa bed.
Dining area with dining table and chairs for 6.
Well equipped kitchen in recess with washer/dryer, fridge freezer, microwave etc.

A spiral staicase leads to:
Double bedroom - 4’6” bed (duvet and pillows provided), with TV, french windows and balcony overlooking the Creek.
Second bedroom which has 2 x 2’6” bunk beds (2 x single duvets and pillows provided).
Shower Room.
Outside provides a very sheltered and sunny 20’ square decked terrace with pot plants, round teak garden table which seats six Platform and steps down into the Creek.
