Barn Owl Cottage is one of three delightful holiday cottages located on an unspoiled traditional working Cornish farm which is located on the beautiful Roseland peninsula, near to the historic and picturesque village of Veryan.

This is the ideal location for those who enjoy walking where you can explore the fantastic coastal paths and for those who simply want to relax, there are two award winning beaches nearby at Carne and Pendower.

Locally you can enjoy activities including: a milking demonstration; farm nature trail; horse riding at nearby stables; fresh water and sea fishing.

The Eden Project, St. Mawes, Mevagissey, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Maritime Museum, along with many other attractions are also nearby, making this an ideal retreat for those who want to explore the area or those who simply want to relax.

Barn Owl Cottage is a recently converted and modernised three bedroom detached single-storey barn conversion. It sleeps up to five people and a cot can be provided if needed for young children. Accommodation has superb country views and comprises: Fully fitted kitchen with seating area, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, all necessary kitchen utensils and crockery. Beamed Lounge with colour television with freeview, DVD, CD and video. One double bedroom. One single bedroom. One bedroom with bunk beds. Shower room with level entry shower and WC. Private garden and patio. Additional facilities include: All linen and towels provided and ample parking. Please note: Washing machine and tumble dryer are located in seperate shared laundry room. Photos below are of Veryan Castle and Pendower beach. Flexible short breaks are available during the winter months. The cottage has Mobility 1 certificate and is suitable for people with limited mobility - please discuss your personal requirements with the owner prior to booking to ensure the cottage is suitable both inside and out.
