White Rock is a sunny, light holiday apartment which affords sea views both to the front and rear. It is ideally located within a five minute walk of Porthmeor beach and the restaurants and bars of St Ives. The Apartment also benefits from having private parking.
The Apartment is only a short distance from Porthmeor beach which is one of St Ives' magnificent award winning beaches, providing visitors with safe bathing and various water based activities including diving, surfing, fishing and boat trips. There are also plenty of wonderful walks along the coastal path with spectacular sea views along the way.
St Ives has been a popular holiday destination for many years with plenty of attractions to enjoy. Here you can explore the narrow, cobbled streets which are home to a great selection of individual and interesting shops. The quaint Downalong area along side the harbour allows visitors to step back in time and soak up the history of St Ives' and enjoy the floral displays during the summer months.
This vibrant town still today has a strong fishing industry and is world famous as an art centre. It has many excellent restaurants where you can enjoy fresh locally caught seafood, and the towns cosmopolitan "feel" is enhanced by the variety of culinary influences. Many artists are drawn to St Ives and their work can be seen in local galleries and studios including the Barbara Hepworth Museum and the prestigious Tate Gallery.
Having its own private parking means that White Rock is an ideal base for exploring Cornwall's spectacular coastline, gardens and countryside. If you want to stay closer to home you could simply soak up the beauty and atmosphere of St Ives or alternatively use it as a base for exploring all of west Cornwall, including Rick Stein's Padstow, Falmouth's Martime Museum, Jamie Oliver's Watergate Bay, the world renowned Minack Theatre, Lands End and of course the Eden Project to name just a few.

Flat 3 White Rock is a light and airy apartment occuping the middle floor of the building. It has recently been refurbished to a high standard and benefits from parking to the rear and sea views from both the bedroom and living room.
Accommodation comprises:
Entrance through lobby to front of property. There are fifteen steps to the apartment entrance.
Hall/landing area with under stair storage.
Large bedroom with a king size bed with sea views.
Separate shower room across the landing with shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.
Well equipped kitchen/lounge/diner with electric double oven and hob, fridge and washer/drier (all built in). Lounge area with 32 inch flat screen television and Hi-Fi, along with large bay window with sea views across the bay to Hayle Towans.
Additional information: Electricity and heating (night storage heaters) are inclusive. Duvets and bed linen provided but visitors must bring their own towels. Parking for one car. No Smoking. No Pets.
Public transport: St Ives is easily accessible by Public Transport, with a short taxi ride to the apartment due to your luggage, once at the apartment you do not need transport. There is a corner shop within two hundred meters and a good selection of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Cot available for hire.
