Hedgerows is located on the edge of the North Cornish village of St Issey and within a short drive to many golf clubs, sandy beaches, coves, historic National Trust country houses, gardens and splendid country/coastal walks.
It is an ideal location for anyone who would like to explore the many attractions that Cornwall has to offer or alternatively just relax within the countryside or on one of the nearby beaches.
Just four miles from the historic fishing village of Padstow with its breath taking views to Rock and Daymer Bay, you have a good selection of excellent restaurants, pubs and cafes within a short drive. Alternatively stay locally and take a short stroll (two minutes) to the village pub and restaurant which serves very good local fayre.
This delightful, detached modern dormer bungalow has an enclosed garden with patio to the front and seating to the rear where guest can relax and enjoy a glass of wine or eat alfresco. Set on edge of traditional Cornish village with uninterrupted views across open countryside and beyond, it accommodates up to six guests with all bedrooms being en-suite (it also has one ground floor bedroom for people with less mobility).
This is a splendid area for country or coastal walks with the famous Saints Way walk passing through St Issey. There is also the opportunity of following the country footpath to the Camel Trail, which leads from Padstow up onto the enchanting Bodmin Moor.
For those who want to venture a little further afield, The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligen are only half an hour drive away and well worth a visit.

Ground Floor
Spacious light oak kitchen/diner with table and chairs, making this a most sociable area for everyone (including the cook!). The kitchen is equipped with a Gas hob and oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
Dining area with patio doors leading out onto the front south facing patio.
Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is also a back door to the rear patio which overlooks a meadow.
Pretty lounge decorated to a high standard with a rustic charm and fitted with a CD/DVD player and colour television.
Separate cloakroom.
One twin-bedroom with en-suite (walk-in shower, basin and toilet) - easy access.
First floor
Main very large double bedroom decorated in soft neutral colours with views looking out towards Padstow and The Camel Estuary. This room has a television and en-suite with shower over bath, toilet and basin, along with Velux windows.
Second double bedroom with views looking out over uninterrupted views of open countryside and towards the rugged north coast. Again this room is an en-suite (with velux windows, shower over bath, basin and toilet.
Additional information: All bed linen and duvets provided, gas central heating included. Towels available to hire at £2PP. BBQ and beach mats provided. Garage for one car and private parking for two cars.
