Cargurra Farm offers guests a choice of holiday cottages that are ideal for both family holidays or for couples looking for a peaceful break away. These delightful four star holiday cottages are located in a lovely position on a farm and are ideal for those who enjoy walking or who want to explore the many delights that North Cornwall has to offer. Here you can walk the nature trail, The Farm and the magnificent coastal footpath where you will enjoy spectacular scenery.
Visit the pretty harbour of Boscastle, Tintagel Castle and beautiful sandy beaches of the North Coast which are perfect for children to play, for adults to relax or to enjoy the thrill of surfing.
Cargurra farm is the perfect base from which to explore North Cornwall. Tintagel, Launceston, Bude and Wadebridge are all within half an hour drive and Padstow and the famous Eden Project can be reached within one hour. Here you will see magnificent scenery, sandy beaches, quaint villages and quiet pubs with local food and local ales - the perfect recipe for a wonderful holiday!
The Holiday Cottages are all graded four star by VisitBritain and are very well equipped with full central heating, electricity, linen, Wi-fi internet access and one with a log burner (Over Park), making them perfect all year around. Two of the cottages (Fox Park and Meadows) will also take one well behaved dog at a small additional charge of £15 per week.
The large gardens are equipped with plenty of garden furniture and gas barbeques, providing the ideal place for evening meals, a game of football or to simply relax with a glass of wine and a good book!
There is a games room which guests can enjoy (and which makes a rainy day enjoyable!) with pool table, table tennis, darts and a shared computer, all at no extra charge.
The owners family have been farming this land for five generation, and want to be farming it for five more, so are doing their best to make the cottages more eco friendly. They have joined the green tourism business scheme and are working hard to improve their recycling, energy and cleaning products use, along with many other things.

Cargurra Barn offers three charming four star holiday cottages that are an ideal retreat at any time of the year. They are named after the fields on the farm (Over Park, Fox Park and Meadows) and can accommodate parties of up to four (plus an additional person on a Z Bed) but are equally often enjoyed by couples.
The cottages each have their own character and all have wifi internet access and the use of the gamesroom to play table tennis, pool and darts in.
Upstairs is a large living room with CD/tape/radio hifi, digital television, DVD player and video player. This upstairs room has a kitchen/diner with the usual facilities including microwave.
The cottages sleep four guests plus an additional person can be accommodated on an optional Z bed. Each bedroom has a wash basin.
Over Park has a wood burner with a reasonable amount of logs provided, electricity and full central heating are included with all cottages.
Over Park and Fox Park each have a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bath/shower room downstairs.
Meadows Cottage has a double bedroom, twin bedroom and shower room.
Over Park and Fox Park have dishwashers, and have cots available.
Please note that Over Park is the only cottage with a wood burner and the two cottages that accept one well behaved dog are Fox Park and Meadows.
Outside: The large gardens are equipped with plenty of furniture and gas barbeques, making them ideal for outside dining, relaxing or for the children to let off steam!
