32 Gwynt-y-mor provides the perfect holiday destination for up to four guests and is located in Conwy Marina and just a twenty minute walk into the historic town of Conwy with it's eight hundred year old castle and good selection of restaurants, shops and pubs.
Whether you are feeling lazy or energetic, there is something here to keep all ages entertained (or relaxed!).
This is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday and ideal for those with a keen interest in sailing, boats and being near the water. The apartment is just a minute's walk to the sand dunes and unspoilt sandy beach which is overlooked by Conwy Golf Course.
A few minutes' drive will take you out onto hills with easy strolling and spectacular views across the sea. For more adventurous walkers the grandeur of the Carneddau mountain range is within easy reach and for those looking for a real challenge, the beautiful Snowdonia National Park is just forty minutes minutes away, providing plenty of opportunities for those who enjoy outdoor activities.
Conwy itself (twenty minutes by foot) is a lovely historic market town and a great place to explore. Ten minutes away is a large supermarket, multiplex cinema and a range of family-friendly restaurants and a little further afield is the Victorian and Edwardian resort of Llandudno - the most loved and largest seaside resort in North Wales.
32 Gwynt-y-mor is ideal for those who want to explore this wonderful part of North Wales with its many attractions or simply relax on the patio and watch the boats bobbing on the marina.

Accommodation comprises:
Spacious and airy sitting room with patio doors leading out onto the private terrace where you can enjoy a clear view of the marina and the Vardre hills overlooking Deganwy beyond. This room offers two comfortable sofas and an armchair along with a television with freeview box, DVD player and a stereo CD/radio player.
Fully-equipped kitchen/breakfast room with electic oven, Gas hob, microwave, fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher and table with two chairs.
Utility room leading off the kitchen with washer/dryer.
Large double bedroom with en-suite shower, wash basin and toilet. There is plenty of wardrobe space, including over-bed cupboards and bedside cabinets.
Twin room with two single beds along with wardrobe and bedside cabinets. This room also benefits from having an en-suite bathroom with toilet and bath with shower over.
Dining room with table, six chairs and sofa bed.
All rooms lead off one large hallway.
There is also a third toilet and a cloakroom.
