Venture down the leafy country lane and over the ancient stone bridge where you will find Penyrallt Fach. This pretty stone Grade II listed Victorian Piggery, has been converted into a delightful comfortable holiday cottage that sleeps four guests, on a secluded traditional organic dairy farm.
The cottage is an ideal base from which to explore the many glories of West Wales. The beautiful beaches of Cardigan Bay are just thirty minutes away by car. The castles, gardens and other historic sites of Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire are all within easy reach as are the attractive small market towns of the Tefii Valley which forms the county boundaries between Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire. The Cathedral City of St David ’s (the smallest city in Britain) is too within easy reach.
For those who enjoy walking, the spectacular Pembrokeshire coast-path is a must and there is also fantastic hill walking inland in the Cambrian mountains of Ceredigion, the Prescelly mountains of Pembrokeshire and Mid-Wales.
The area around the farm is a haven for wildlife with resident badgers, rabbits, foxes as well as buzzards, herons, red kites and kingfishers, along with many species of indigenous British flora and fauna.
