"A beautiful tranquil setting for a relaxing break or for having a base
for visiting the many historical sites and lovely countryside.
All needs catered for, the children loved it"
" We have just had a lovely break at Stangwrach and Ash Tree Lodge and can
only say that the words and pictures cannot do justice to the location and
facilities. Grace (host) really did go the extra mile in creating an environment for a wonderful break. You get so much more and is fantastic
value. Most highly recommended."
"Beautiful location, lovely, cottage and fantastic views, great surrounding countryside and plenty of attractions to visit. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Place spotlessly clean, everything you need provided and warm welcoming hosts."
"Ash Tree Lodge is splendidly equipped not only for people with disabilities but also for young children. Every need had been anticipated, from the well-designed wet room and specially equipped bedroom to providing a folding wheel chair and easy access to the car and garden.
There was a multitude of toys, games and outdoor playthings for all ages, and the well laid out bedrooms and living space made family life relaxed and happy. The icing on the cake was to watch the great variety of birds, not to mention the gray squirrel, visiting the various feeders visible from the kitchen and dining area windows.
In addition, discreet help was always at hand if needed including training for novice wheel chair users and drivers!
We highly recommend this excellent self-catering accommodation, set in glorious countryside and garden"
