Two separate holiday cottages that are located in a wonderful tranquil position surrounded by open fields, with beautiful views overlooking the Cairngorm Mountains. The peaceful location and natural beauty of this delightful area has seen many guests return over the past twenty years.
The holiday cottages are situated in an elevated position, half a mile above the small village of Dulnain Bridge. You can stroll into the village which has two hotels, a Post Office and a restaurant. The local area also offers a good range of outdoor activities to enjoy, including good golf courses, river angling, cycling routes, tennis courts and swimming pools.
The town of Grantown-on-Spey is just ten minutes away and offers shops, restaurants and pubs and for those who want to venture a little further afield, Aviemore is just under 20 minutes away.
There are numerous wonderful hill and forest walks straight out of the front door as well as plenty of opportunity to watch birds and enjoy the local wildlife. Buzzards can be seen over the hills, deer often visit the stream just below the gardens and there are many red squirrels to be seen. There is also the RSPB Osprey Centre at Boat of Garten, making a wonderful day out for bird watchers.
Whatever the time of the year, the cottages are perfectly situated. Being close to Cairngorm and Lecht, guests can enjoy skiing and snowboarding during the winter months. The Strathspey Steam Railway and the Cairngorm funicular railway are also very close, while Loch Ness and Inverness, the beaches at Nairn, Findhorn and Culloden Battlefield are all within easy reach. The Landmark adventure centre, the Highland Wildlife Park, the Folk Museum and the Reindeer Centre are also within the local area.

Both holiday cottages are in an enviable position offering wonderful views across the surrounding countryside and beyond to the Cairngorms. They provide comfortable holiday accommodation where guests can escape from the pressures of every day life and relax amongst beautiful countryside. Both holiday cottages sleep up to four guests and offer single level accommodation that may be suitable for people with limited mobility (please speak to the owner regarding your specific requirements to ensure the accommodation is suitable).

There is a sunny garden to front and a private garden to back where you can sit and enjoy the evening sunshine whilst taking in the beautiful views.
