This beautiful 16th Century Farmhouse provides spacious holiday accommodation for up to eight guests. It is part of the Craig-y-Nos Castle estate and can be rented on either a bed and breakfast or self catering basis.
Set within twenty one acres of glorious grounds the farmhouse occupies a lovely position with uninterrupted views of the countryside. Within the grounds a stream, waterfall and wooded area provide lots of space and opportunity for relaxing on a nice sunny day or taking a walk before dinner. For keen fishermen, there is also the opportunity to fish on the river Tawe.
Craig-y-Nos Castle Farmhouse is just half a mile from the magnificent castle itself and located within the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park. The castle offers a host of activities and events to enjoy throughout the year (check the owners website for full details) and also has a restaurant, a spa and plenty of opportunity to explore both the beautiful grounds and the castle itself (including a ghost tour for those who feel brave!).
For those who want to explore this lovely area, why not take a trip on the Brecon Mountain railway where you can take in the stunning scenery and travel on one of the most popular steam railways in Wales. If you are a water lover, you could take a trip on a canal boat and if you are feeling adventurous, try your hand at rafting, kayaking, canoeing or horse riding. The activities are endless and this is also the perfect place to take in a leisurely game of golf, walk the many footpaths and byways or simply relax in beautiful countryside.
