Fferam Bailey is a spacious luxury 18th Century farmhouse that can comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests in six bedrooms. It stands within one acre of grounds and occupies a secluded position with stunning views over the countryside and the Snowdonia range.
Positioned on the island of Anglesey, Fferam Bailey makes an ideal holiday base and a wonderful place to escape the pressures of everyday life and relax amongst spectacular scenery. It occupies a private position at the end of a country lane and provides well appointed family accommodation arranged over two floors.
Recently renovated to a very high standard, the house is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It provides flexible accommodation that is ideally suited for large groups, providing room for everyone to enjoy themselves. Here you can dine outdoors and enjoy the stunning views over the Snowdonia range. The large garden is perfect, whether you want to simply find a quiet place to sit with a good book, explore the meadow and wild flowers, or let off some steam and play with the range of outdoor games.
Whether you enjoy walking, riding, climbing or swimming, Fferam Bailey is just minutes away from your pleasure. Anglesey is full of hidden gems just waiting to be discovered. Why not watch the Kite surfers or enjoy fish and chips at Rhosneigr; swim in the sea at Moelfre; visit the farmers market in Menai Bridge to stock up on local provisions or enjoy a leisurely round of golf at Anglesey Golf Club (the oldest on the island). Alternatively, head back to Fferam Bailey and enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set over Snowdonia then sit around the fire pit and catch up on the days adventures or curl up in front of the fire with a good book.

Kitchen which includes an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, endless storage, lots of gadgets and a large table where you can enjoy supper.
Lounge which is perfect for large groups with large sofas, television, DVD player, dining room table and chairs to seat twelve. There are doors which open straight onto the garden which is perfect on long summer evenings. Plenty of CD’s, DVD’s, books, magazines and lots of board games are provided for guests enjoyment.
Snug which is a perfect hideaway for a quiet moment with comfortable sofas, real fire, television and DVD.
Dining room with large table and chairs for twelve plus, providing the perfect setting to enjoy a special meal with friends and family.
Utility room with washing machine, dryer and space to hang damp clothing.
Additional information: Prices include all bed linen and towels. Fferam Bailey is self-catering but the owners will happily introduce you to agencies that will be able to provide someone to cook for you. The house will be spotless when you arrive. If you are staying for more than one week, the owners will arrange for the house to be cleaned every Friday. The grounds are fully maintained.
